The production of magazines and newspapers poses particular capacity challenges to a printing facility. In contrast with the trend towards reduction, Athesia Druck and Ferrari-Auer Druck believe firmly in investments in technology of this department: Our Colorman XXL is one of the most efficient newspaper printing machines available on the market: with a capacity of up to 90,000 copies per hour, it allows a flexible, tightly organized production. We print a large number of own newspapers and magazines ourselves, as well as a large number of periodicals for well-known domestic and foreign customers. In addition to different grades of paper, mixed productions are also possible, such as high-quality cover pages in sheet-fed, with a less expensive inner section in web-fed offset printing. Further options of individualisation can be added during the printing of newspapers, such as the insertion of flaps and adhesives, addressing and dispatching.
